Custom Name Tag Order Info

Custom Name Tags are available for $10 each and include one of the pre-designed icons below plus your name in large print and your street name.

The name tags are 3-D printed by Bruce Norman and will be available on the name tag board in the club house when completed.

Your name tag will come with magnet like the Hilltop Club tags.

Payment is due in advance either in cash or you can send via Venmo or PayPal.

You may request a custom logo and I will attempt to create one based on your request. Please note that very fine details will not show up. Use the existing silhouette logos as your guide.
